The layout of Avia Residences On Research impressed me upon arrival. it felt almost like an Escher painting with its interconnected buildings. It’s close to major roads yet surprisingly quiet. My unit had a well-equipped kitchenette, but if you need more than the basics, bring your own utensils and plates. The microwave and Keurig made morning coffee easy. Both the main room and bedroom felt clean and comfortable. Check-in and out was smooth and straightforward. However, I had some trouble with the keycard accessing the outside entrance, which was frustrating. It was especially uncomfortable having to walk outside in the cold to get to my room. Having no linens for the pull-out sofa was another downside. Overall, I appreciated the friendliness of the staff and the spaciousness of the rooms, just a few tweaks and it could be much better.
